5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

At Peace‑ly, every piece is created just for you through a mindful, made‑to‑order process. Because each item is produced individually and we do not keep inventory on hand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
To help you feel confident in your purchase, detailed product descriptions, sizing information, and care instructions are provided for every item. Please review these carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’re always here to make things right in the rare case of a production error.
Thank you for supporting a small, heart‑led business and for understanding the intentional nature of our process.
